Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Radiological Physics

Eligibility: First Class or High second class in M.Sc. Physics or M.Sc. Engineering

Salient features of the course: As per National and International Regulatory stipulations, it is mandatory to have qualified medical Physicists to establish radiotherapy centers. This course is designed to train such qualified medical Physicists. During the training of Radiological Physicists, knowhow in the safe use of radiation and radio isotopes in medicine and research is imparted.

Duration of the course : 2 years including course work, field training and dissertation.

Issue of application form commenced on : 08th July 2012

Last Date for receipt of completed application : 04th August 2012

Entrance Examination on : 10th August 2012

1. In Person: Collect from select branches of Dhanalaxmi Bank Ltd on payment of Rs. 500/- (List of branches available in our website www.amrita.edu)

2. Download from the website. Completed application to be sent along with a DD of Rs. 570/- drawn in favour of "Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham", payable at Kochi.
