According to reports, only 45% of the
people who were trained in the Phase 1 of the PMKVY are placed till now. Mr
Rachit Jain, Founder & CEO shared, “The major reason is the gaps in the
Skilling — Assessing — Placement process. In order to overcome the hurdle, it’s
requisite that firstly, the youth is given a platform to practice the skills.
Secondly, the training centers must connect with recognized companies to be able
