NMIMS School of Business Management joins hands with ICICI Bank to set up the ICICI Young Leaders Program

Mumbai, May 29, 2014: SVKM’S NMIMS School of Business Management has joined hands with ICICI Bank, to provide an opportunity to high performing employees within the bank, to move into roles of higher responsibility under the ICICI Young Leaders Program.

This is a joint initiative which will be conducted at the NMIMS campus in Mumbai, spanning over a period of 12 months, including classroom sessions and an on-field project. The program aims to develop core skills in sales, customer service and credit. In addition to these set of skills, the program will enhance the leadership and analytical skills of the participants.

“Through our tie-up with ICICI Bank, we aspire to establish an industry-academic partnership for better quality education, and to provide the banking industry with skilled professionals,” said Dr. Rajan Saxena, Vice Chancellor of NMIMS University. “The program seeks to equip eligible candidates with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management, through training provided by excellent faculty qualified across various management and financial disciplines.”
